Children's Gymnastics
We provide a happy, carefree environment for children to enjoy gymnastics.
Our aim is to provide a carefree environment for children to enjoy exercise and gymnastics without the pressure of competition. We want every child to leave our venue with a boost of confidence feeling good about themselves and what they have achieved in class. Social interaction is extremely important for children and we do a lot of partner and team work so they can make friends for life.
Artistic Gymnastics for all: Floor, Bars, Beams, Trampolines, Vault, Acrobatics, 10ft Airtrack, Foam pit + lots more.
Afterschool Fun & Freeplay: For ages 4 - 14 years, Looking for the perfect way to keep your kids active and entertained after school? Join our Afterschool Class! this action-packed program allows children to become familiar with the gym in a relaxed environment allowing them to explore the apparatus at their own pace and make friends

Preschool gymnastics:
For ages 3-4, this class allows preschoolers to become familiar with the sport of gymnastics, learning basic skills and introducing them to the various apparatus within the gym all whilst making new friends
Junior gymnastics: For ages 5 - 7 years, Junior gymnastics is where the gymnasts learn the fundamental skills in gymnastics, their flexibility and strength will improve and they will learn and experience a much wider variety of skills in this 90-minute class.
Mixed age Gymnastics: This class is suitable for families who have children of different age categories so they can attend the same class but be in their own age group within that time.
Senior gymnastics: Senior gymnastics is for eight-years-plus. The gymnasts are slightly older and stronger and therefore more able to try out lots of new and more exciting and advanced skills and routines.
SCHOOLS / SCHOOL TOURS / GROUPS
We also cater for school groups who can come to our gymnastics facility in Ballina or Castlebar where we run 6 or 8 week courses, covering the gymnastics strand of the school PE curriculum. School tours can also be catered for. We also are returning to offering on site gymnastics lessons in your school PE hall - call us today to enquire!

BIRTHDAY PARTIES
Birthday parties Can now be booked! 2 hours in the gym for your own birthday party, fully supervised by staff games played and large tables to set up your food, no food not provided by us. Hot food can be brought in/ordered for delivery. Cost is €15 per child with a minimum of 15 children, max 40 children. 10% discount for members!
